Muddle: In a glass, gently muddle the mint (or lavender) and ginger with the honey/syrup to
Release flavors: Add Liquids: Pour in the vinegar, lemon/lime juice, and water.
Stir & Taste: Stir well to dissolve the sweetener. Taste and add more honey or citrus as needed.
