
Honey Citrus & Herb Tonic
A refreshing, immune-boosting herbal beverage that combines bright citrus flavors with soothing honey and aromatic herbs. This tonic blends fresh citrus juices (like lemon, orange, or lime) with honey’s natural sweetness and fragrant herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or other aromatics) to create a drink that’s both uplifting and delicious. Ingredients

- 1-2 tbsp De La Rosa Organic Rice Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
- Juice of ½ Lemon or Lime
- 1-2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup adjust to taste
- Small handful fresh Mint leaves or a few Lavender buds optional
- 1-2 thin slices fresh Ginger optional
- 8-12 oz Water still or sparkling

- Muddle: In a glass, gently muddle the mint (or lavender) and ginger with the honey/syrup to
- Release flavors: Add Liquids: Pour in the vinegar, lemon/lime juice, and water.
- Stir & Taste: Stir well to dissolve the sweetener. Taste and add more honey or citrus as needed.
- Infuse (Optional): Let it sit for 10-15 minutes for stronger flavor, then strain or enjoy as is with the fresh bits.
- Can be made 3 hours ahead. Transfer to clean baking sheet and let stand at room temperature. Rewarm at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.
