  • Peel and pit the ripe avocado, and cut it into chunks for easier blending.

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado chunks, avocado oil, white wine vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and black pepper.

Adjusting Consistency:

  • Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy dressing. If it's too thick, you can add 2-4 tablespoons of water, one tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired consistency. Blend again to incorporate the water.
