- 1 tbsp Organic Unrefined Sesame Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (Adjust To Taste)
- 1/4 cup De La Rosa Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2-4 tbsp Water (To Adjust The Consistency)
- Fresh Herbs (Such As Cilantro Or Parsley) For Garnish (optional)

Instructions
For The Apple Cider Vinaigrette:
- Start by gathering all the ingredients and a blender or food processor.
- Peel and pit the ripe avocado, and cut it into chunks for easier blending.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
Blending:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado chunks, avocado oil, white wine vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and black pepper.
Adjusting Consistency:
- Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy dressing. If it's too thick, you can add 2-4 tablespoons of water, one tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired consistency. Blend again to incorporate the water.
