- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa (Prepare According To Package Instructions) (Stirred Well)
- 1 can (15 ounces) Chickpeas, Drained and Rinsed
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cup Grated Zucchini, Squeezed To Remove Excess Moisture
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup De La Rosa Pure & Natural Grape seed Oil
- Burger Buns or Lettuce Wraps (For Serving)
- Condiments And Toppings Of Your Choice (Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, etc.)
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the quinoa according to the package instructions and allowing it to cool.
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated zucchini, fresh cilantro, breadcrumbs, curry powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Process the mixture until it's well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cooked quinoa to the bowl and mix everything together.
Shaping (a few minutes):
- Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape each portion into a patty, ensuring they maintain their shape.
Cooking (Approximately 25 minutes):
