Easy Asian Sesame Vinaigrette made with rice vinegar, avocado oil, toasted sesame oil, honey, ginger, and lime. A quick, healthy homemade dressing perfect for salads, bowls, and more.

- 3 tablespoons De La Rosa Organic Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons De La Rosa Avocado Oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons De La Rosa Organic Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- ½ Squeezed Lime ———
- Optional To Give This A Real Refreshing Citrus Lift
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Add all of the ingredients to a jar with a lid. Shake until well combined. Or whisk.
- Taste and adjust if needed: More honey/maple syrup will make it sweeter. More Rice Vinegar will make it tangier.

To make this Paleo Friendly and Soy Free, substitute Coconut Aminos for the Soy Sauce or the Tamari Make a creamy and thicker version by adding Tahini or a Nut Butter. Start with 1-2 tablespoons and add water as needed if it is too thick. Add some Crushed Red Pepper Flakes or Sriracha to give this a kick.
