  • Add all of the ingredients to a jar with a lid. Shake until well combined. Or whisk.
  • Taste and adjust if needed: More honey/maple syrup will make it sweeter. More Rice Vinegar will make it tangier.

Serving Options

To make this Paleo Friendly and Soy Free,  substitute Coconut
Aminos for the Soy Sauce or the Tamari
Make a creamy and thicker version by adding Tahini or a Nut Butter. Start with 1-2 tablespoons and add water as needed if it is too thick.
Add some Crushed Red Pepper Flakes or Sriracha to give this a kick.
Add 1 teaspoon of grated garlic for a stronger flavor profile.
Add Sliced Scallions - just for fun.
