
Raspberry Glazed Salmon
Sweet, tangy, and perfectly balanced, this Raspberry Glazed Salmon pairs rich, flaky salmon with a vibrant blend of raspberry vinegar, balsamic glaze, and savory seasonings. The result is a beautifully caramelized dish with a hint of sweetness and a touch of umami—ideal for an easy yet elegant meal.
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Fillets ( About 6 Ounces Each)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup De La Rosa Organic Raspberry Vinegar
- 1/4 cup De La Rosa Kosher Balsamic Glaze
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a bowl, whisk together organic raspberry vinegar, balsamic glaze, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Marinate the Salmon Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Allow the salmon to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning once.
- Cook the Salmon:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Coat the Salmon:
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if they have skin. Brush the honey balsamic glaze generously over the tops of the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Glaze the Salmon:
- While the salmon is baking, heat the remaining marinade in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer the marinade until it thickens to a glaze-like consistency. Once the salmon is cooked, brush the glaze over the fillets.
- Serve: & Enjoy !
- Transfer the glazed salmon to a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the top. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve the Raspberry Glazed Salmon over a bed of rice, quinoa, or steamed vegetables. Spoon extra glaze over each portion for an added burst of flavor.
