This Rosemary Cider Tonic is a refreshing, herb-forward drink made with apple cider vinegar, fresh ginger, honey, and rosemary. Lightly infused and topped with sparkling water, it offers a bright, balanced flavor that’s perfect for everyday sipping, especially during the cooler months.

- ¼ cup De La Rosa Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Raw Unfiltered & With The “Mother”)
- 2 tbsp honey, or to taste
- 1 inch Fresh ginger grated
- 2 tbsp Rosemary sprigs, leaves removed
- Sparkling water, for serving
Instructions
Directions
- Combine the vinegar, ginger, honey, and rosemary leaves in a clean bowl or bottle.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to infuse the flavors, then strain out the solids.
- To serve, place ice cubes in a glass and add the tonic mixture, then top with sparkling water.
