Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Chicken thighs (5 pieces, bone-in, skin-on), or drumsticks or wings (any combination) 1 kg or 2 lb chicken thighs

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup De La Rosa Balsamic Glaze   1/2 cup or 32 ml
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce Or Tamari 2 1/2 tbsp or 50 ml
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced. Or 1 1/2 tsp garlic paste from a jar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  • Make the Glaze: In a bowl, combine the De La Rosa Balsamic Glaze, soy sauce or tamari, honey, and minced garlic. Mix well to create your flavorful glaze.
  • Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish, arranging them in a single layer. If you're using different chicken parts like thighs, drumsticks, and wings, that's perfectly fine. The key is to have them in a single layer for even cooking
  • Coat with Glaze: Pour the glaze mixture over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. You can use a brush or spoon to spread the glaze evenly.
  • Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. The cooking time may vary slightly depending on the size and type of chicken pieces you're using.
  • Baste (Optional): If you like, you can baste the chicken with the glaze once or twice during the cooking process. This will help create a nice, sticky glaze on the chicken.
  • Serve: Once the chicken is cooked through and has a beautiful glaze, remove it from the oven. Allow it to rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish and Serve: You can garnish your Baked Balsamic Honey Glazed Chicken with fresh herbs like parsley or chives if you like. Serve the chicken hot with your favorite side dishes.
