Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup De La Rosa 100% Organic Hulled Tahini (Stirred Well)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Oat Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Coarse Sea Salt (For Sprinkling)
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips ( Semisweet or Dark Chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds ( For Coating)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the tahini, coconut sugar, and pure maple syrup. Beat the mixture until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue to beat until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk cocoa powder, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a thick cookie dough forms
