Ingredients
- ½ frozen banana, chopped into chunks
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein powder (I like Nuzest), optional
- 2 Tablespoons – ¼ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter
TOPPINGS
- ¼ of banana, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh berries, I used strawberries and blueberries

- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
