De La Rosa Organic White Balsamic Vinegar is made from organic white wine grapes untouched by chemicals or sprays. Our vinegar is made by blending organic white grape must with organic white wine vinegar, then cooking at a low temperature to avoid darkening. The pale gold color will not affect the color of any food. Oak chips and hints of various spices are added to give some tang. The flavor is further enhanced by the slow fermenting process which takes place in organically approved French wooden barrels. De La Rosa White Balsamic Vinegar is packaged in glass bottles that are 100% recyclable, nonporous and impermeable. This ensures there is almost zero rates of chemical interactions between glass packaging and our product, ensuring our vinegar keeps its strength, fragrant aroma, and sweet and tangy flavor.
